Troubleshooting Common Issues
My video lags or freezes during class
Close extra browser tabs and applications. Switch to a wired Ethernet connection if possible. Restart your router and wait 30 seconds before reconnecting.
I hear an echo during video calls
Use a headset with a built-in microphone instead of your computer’s speakers. Mute your microphone when not speaking.
Pages won’t load in our LMS
Update your browser to the latest version. Clear your browser cache and cookies. Enable pop-ups and cookies for our site.
My webcam isn’t working
Check that no other app is using the camera. Grant camera permissions to your browser. Try unplugging and reconnecting an external webcam.
I can’t hear the teacher or other students
Check your device volume and ensure it’s not muted. Verify your audio output device is selected correctly in system settings.
