WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING THIS INFORMATION?

We have a legal obligation to process your data related to payments and orders to and from our store.

We have a contractual basis for processing your data when you place an order, request a quote or a free sample. We will use this to fulfill orders, provide good customer service and technical support as well as keep track of where things are with you and to provide a better service.

DATA RETENTION

Personal Information shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

1. Personal Information collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
2. Personal Information collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.
3. The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
4. Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

WILL I BE SUBJECT TO AUTOMATIC DECISION MAKING?

We may send you different content, depending on your industry, job title and your history of engagement with our website and emails, in order to provide you with relevant, useful information that we believe will help you. No other automatic decision making will take place.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PROVIDE MY INFORMATION

If you don’t provide your information we are unable to provide you a quote, free sample or any other electronic based information. You are able to phone us and we will do our best to answer any questions you may have, but we do encourage you to allow us to use your data to better serve you as a customer.

I DIDN’T GIVE YOU MY PERSONAL DATA, SO WHAT IS ITS SOURCE AND WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA ARE YOU PROCESSING?

We may have got your data from one of the following sources:

2. You gave us your data in return for us sending you a free sample.
3. You requested a quote from us.
4. You made an inquiry about educational services.
