Refund Policy for Legacy Online School

At Legacy Online School, our priority is ensuring the satisfaction and educational success of our students. We understand that circumstances can change, and flexibility is necessary. We’ve formulated the following refund policy that is fair to both our students and our institution.

Full Refund Policy:

For students (or their parents/guardians) who choose to withdraw from the school within the first seven (7) calendar days following enrollment, a full refund of tuition fees will be given. However, please note that the Enrollment Fee is non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are available for students (or their parents/guardians) who have opted for the One-time Payment option or who have chosen to pay in two or more installments. In the case of payment in two or more installments, only the first installment is eligible for a refund as per the conditions outlined below.

Process for Cancellation:

To initiate a refund request, students (or their parents/guardians) must send a notice of cancellation via email to admin@legacyonlineschool.com with the subject line ‘Request for Cancellation’. Upon approval of the refund, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.

Note: Legacy Online School reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, with changes applying to all enrollments after the date of the amendment. Updates will be communicated via our official website or email.
