Learners in grades 6–8 access coursework through a digital learning platform – live classes, assignments, teacher interaction. Legacy runs this as a WASC-accredited program. Live Group caps at 15 per class; Self-Paced lets learners move on their own timeline.
They teach, grade and give specific written feedback. In Live Group, class sizes of 15 make that possible. In Self-Paced, every submission gets reviewed individually. Tutoring is available at $25/hour across all plans.

Live Group classes of 15 don’t allow passive participation — students ask questions and articulate thinking in real time. Written assignments develop academic writing.

The math sequence runs from Grade 6 arithmetic through Grade 8 pre-algebra as a foundation for Algebra 1, and writing coursework develops the academic writing AP courses later demand.
