Our elementary online school curriculum runs K–5 on a Florida Virtual School (FLVS) foundation – one of the most established online curriculum providers in the US. Delivered entirely online, with live classes and qualified teachers at every grade level.
Core subjects across elementary grades:
The curriculum is designed to build foundational skills progressively. What a learner masters in Grade 2 connects directly to what they’ll encounter in Grade 3. There is no gap between grade levels – it is one continuous academic pathway.
Not every child learns the same way. Our school has three plans which address genuinely different needs:
Live Group Learning – live online classes with qualified teachers, capped at a maximum of 15 learners per class. Real teacher interaction, school-day structure, peer engagement. For children who need routine and daily contact. The 1:15 teacher ratio means teachers actually know each student – not a classroom of 30 where attention gets divided. Many UAE campuses run significantly larger classes – at a 25:1 student-teacher ratio. That difference in teacher attention is visible at elementary level especially.
One-on-One Learning – fully customized curriculum and schedule built around the individual learner. For children with intensive learning needs, unusual schedules, or those who simply don’t thrive in a group setting. Every lesson, every pace decision – all designed with the personalized approach to learning in mind.
Self-Paced Learning – no fixed school year, no synchronized class schedule. Children work through the curriculum at their own pace. Qualified teachers grade assignments and give written feedback. The timeline belongs to the child. For families who need maximum flexibility – travel, relocation, non-standard routines – this is the plan.
Part-time enrollment is available for families who want to supplement an existing arrangement. Virtual clubs and extracurricular activities are included with every plan – not an add-on.
Elementary is the grade range where individual learning differences become most visible. Some children read ahead of their age group. Others need more time on one concept before moving forward. A fixed classroom pace serves neither well.
Our self-paced and one-on-one plans allow students to accelerate through content they’ve mastered and slow down where they need more support. Teachers monitor progress and adjust – not just through grades, but through direct interaction. The learning experience at elementary level is designed to build confidence alongside academic skills.
