Non-Discrimination Policy of Legacy Online School
Legacy Online School is committed to providing an environment that is free from discrimination in education and access to its educational services, programs, and activities.
1. Policy Statement
Legacy Online School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law in its educational programs and activities. This policy extends to employment by and admission to Legacy Online School.

If any individual believes they have been subjected to discrimination, they are encouraged to report the incident to the designated school officials. All complaints will be promptly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken if the investigation indicates that a violation has occurred.
To the extent possible, all reports of discrimination will be kept confidential. We will only disclose the information as necessary to complete the investigation or take appropriate remedial action or as required by law.
Retaliation against any individual who has reported discrimination or cooperated with an investigation of a discrimination complaint is strictly prohibited by this policy. Any acts of retaliation will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal or expulsion.
Any individual found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal (for employees) or expulsion (for students).
7. Education and Training
Legacy Online School will regularly conduct training sessions for its students, faculty, and staff members to ensure they understand this policy and the behaviors it prohibits, the consequences for violating the policy, and the benefits of a diverse and inclusive educational environment.
8. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure it remains effective and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
